At Woodhaven, it’s not enough to simply tell employees that what we’re doing — advocating for those with disabilities by enhancing lives, respecting individuality, providing quality opportunities for choice, and promoting community membership — matters. Our team of more than 275 dedicated staff members, working together to help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities succeed, is proud to:
- Provide community-based supports to more than 100 men and women in 50 homes and apartments
- Provide access to the community and opportunities for skill-building and engagement for more than 45 men and women in our Community Connections program
- Empower students to work toward meaningful enrichment, learn hard and soft skills, and find employment in tech-based careers through our EnCircle Technologies program
