Why donate your car to Woodhaven?
- Contactless donation! Now you can complete all of the necessary paperwork electronically!
- It’s easy! Just fill out the form below and drop off your valid title and the keys at our office! (Contactless dropbox available!)
- It could be a tax deduction!
- If you itemize your deductions, you can deduct the fair market value of the vehicle up to $500. If we are able to sell the vehicle for more than $500, you can deduct the higher amount. Consult a tax professional for specific details.
- It helps the community. All money received from your vehicle stays locally, right here in Columbia, MO! And you’ll have the satisfaction of knowing that your car donation has made a difference in the lives of people with developmental disabilities.
Requirements and things you should know
- Your vehicle must have a clear title (no salvage titles) – please bring it with you to the office.
- Please bring your car keys with you when you come to the office.
- It should be towable and not have any flat tires.
- If the vehicle is not running, we are happy to have it towed for you, but it must be within 30 miles of Columbia, MO.
- Woodhaven can accept cars, trucks, boats (with trailer) and RVs – basically anything with a title!

We’re so glad you have decided to donate your vehicle – car, truck, motorcycle, boat (with trailer) or RV – to Woodhaven. To get started, simply fill out the form below and bring your title and keys to 1405 Hathman Place, Columbia, MO 65201 between 8:00 am – 4:00 pm – Monday-Friday. - If you aren’t driving the vehicle to our office, please have the address of where the vehicle is located ready
