Woodhaven offers two -accredited programs:

Community Living

Woodhaven provides supported living services to over 100 men and women with developmental disabilities. They live in more than 40 traditional and accessible homes and apartments in established neighborhoods throughout Columbia.

Our Direct Support Professionals assist with living skills training, health care, personal hygiene, nutrition, transportation, recreation and other daily needs as required by each individual.

The individuals we serve make decisions about all aspects of their lives. They develop friendships and enhance their personal growth through participation in church, shopping and other community activities and events of their choice.

Individuals wishing to receive services from Woodhaven should contact the Central Missouri Regional Center of the Missouri Department of Mental Health. Most of the funding for Woodhaven's community living services comes from the Department of Mental Health through Medicaid. Additional support for staff training, health services, transportation, activities, and other operating expenses are provided by caring friends, churches, foundations and others who give to Woodhaven.
