Accreditation
Woodhaven’s programs, Community Living and Community Integration, are accredited by the Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitative Facilities (CARF). In August of 2007, Woodhaven received its fifth consecutive 3-year accreditation, the highest level of accreditation, for these programs.
To achieve this accreditation, Woodhaven must go through a rigorous peer review process and demonstrate to a team of surveyors during an on-site visit that our programs are of the highest quality. Accreditation shows that Woodhaven’s programs meet internationally recognized standards for quality services.
CARF is an independent, not-for-profit accrediting body whose mission is to promote the quality, value, and optimal outcomes of services through a consultative accreditation process that centers on enhancing the lives of the persons served.
